Are Two New Juice WRLD Albums On The Way?
Juice WRLD tragically passed away in 2019, but his impact lives on through classics like “Wasted” and the bank of unreleased music his estate continues to release. The posthumous album Legends Never Die dropped in July 2020 and earned the biggest debut that year. For fans, it solidified his status as an emo-rap pioneer while offering a deeper look into who he was.
Fighting Demons was released the next year in December 2021 and continued to highlight Juice WRLD's talent—but fans have been waiting for more from the vault. This week, DJ Scheme came online with some good news.
DJ Scheme spills the tea
Juice WRLD’s longtime collaborator shared that he had talked to Lil Bibby (AKA the founder of Juice WRLD’s label A Grade) about what’s in the works for posthumous releases.
DJ Scheme then announced that two albums are on the way—one with brand new songs and another centered around his “greatest leaks.”
I know I said this before but Bibby told me there an album and then another project full of his “greatest leaks” 🤍 jus tryna keep yall updated

His label told Forbes back in 2022 that Juice WLRD left behind “about 3,000 unreleased songs,” so there is plenty of material to choose from for the next projects. However, his estate has been facing some recent drama that could slow down the process.
The producers vs. The estate
In a lawsuit filed July 31, music producer Joshua Jaramillo claimed he was owed royalties (a 5% ownership stake and a 1% producer royalty, to be exact) for the 2021 song “Girl of My Dreams” featuring Juice WRLD and Suga from BTS.
However, he said the estate still hasn’t paid him what they owe. This is the second time Juice WRLD’s estate has faced these types of accusations, with a co-writer suing the estate and Dr. Luke for not receiving their full payment for the 2021 song “Not Enough” last October.
Despite the drama behind the scenes, DJ Scheme’s tweet got his forever loyal fanbase excited for what’s to come.

Big Sean Re-Used A VULTURES 2 Beat in New Two-Pack
Nothing has been going according to plan during Big Sean’s album rollout. He’s faced everything from leaks and delays to Baby Keem comparisons and a COVID diagnosis. Nevertheless, the Detroit rapper is powering through and announced in a recent IG Live that the original version of Better Me Than You will drop on August 30.
“When me and Jhené were giving our son a bath last night, my mom called me and she was just giving me them words … And I was just like, ‘Look, I can keep working and make it exactly how I want it and I’ll be pushing it back forever. Or I can believe in the fire-ass work that I got right now and that’s what I’ma do,’” he said on the stream.
He had a surprise before the big drop this weekend for his loyal fans who have been waiting.
Sean Don drops on SoundCloud
On August 28, he dropped two new songs on Soundcloud called “Dirty Work” and “Fighting Fires.” However, the latter song is what really caught fans' attention online.
The track was teased as a potential collab with Ye in July (whose fan base allegedly constructed Big Sean’s leak in the first place) but Ye isn’t featured on the new release.

The beat for the song is similar to the VULTURES 2 track “My Soul.” While Ye and Ty Dolla $ign took the beat to church, Big Sean laid down lyrics about how he is one of the greats.
His rollout may not have gone according to plan. However, it's about how you finish, not how you start—and with fans' reactions to his new two-pack, Big Sean may have another classic album on his hands.
“IDK IF THIS A LITTLE SNEAK DISS OR BIG SEAN JUST TALKING HIS SHITT…Either way this is 🔥🔥🔥,” X user TWEEZY said in an August 29 post.
