YNW Melly Hit With 6 New Charges
YNW Melly’s legal troubles seem to be getting worse. He’s now facing six new charges in his witness tampering case. These are in addition to the count of tampering with a witness in a capital felony that Melly and his co-defendant, YNW Bortlen, were hit with earlier this month.
According to NBC 6 South Florida, Melly, Bortlen, and a third inmate at Broward County Jail, Terrence Mathis, were charged with directing the activities of a criminal gang, unlawful use of a communication device, solicitation, and conspiracy to commit tampering.
Mathis allegedly facilitated communication between Melly and Bortlen during Melly’s incarceration. The state claims that Bortlen and Melly conspired to convince Melly’s ex-girlfriend, Mariah Hamilton, and her mother, Felicia Holmes, not to testify in his first trial. Holmes did testify while her daughter did not.
Legal documents cited 60 different phone calls between Bortlen and Mathis from March to August 2023. They would use coded language and names to hide their intentions. Melly’s retrial is expected to start soon, with jury selection beginning this week.

Kanye Says He Has “Signs of Autism” From 2002 Car Crash
This week, Kanye delivered a message to Elon Musk and the rest of the world via Ian Connor, who is not banned from most social platforms. Connor came with the receipts, posting screenshots of Kanye’s message to Elon and direct order from Kanye to “get this out to the public.”
Kanye West says he has signs of autism from the car crash in text messages to Elon Musk, calls X “struggling platform”‼️😳

The most surprising revelation from this PSA was Kanye’s insistence that he’s not bipolar but has “signs of autism” from his 2002 car crash. You know, the one that left his jaw wired shut and inspired the shit “Through The Wire.”
Kanye was diagnosed with bipolar disorder after being hospitalized for a psychiatric emergency in 2016. He’s openly discussed it before but dispelled the diagnosis during an interview with X17 in December 2022, following his antisemitic rants. You can watch the clip below.
I’m not certain about Kanye West’s autism diagnosis but he does know some things about autism (Rain Man is a movie about an autistic guy)

As to why Kanye wanted this message out now is unclear, but his last sentence insinuates that when Elon lifted Kanye’s ban on the platform, he referred to himself as a “friend,” which Kanye calls cap on, and merely wanted Kanye’s audience for his “struggling platform.”
The platform is likely X (formerly Twitter). Kanye’s account was reinstated in July after an eight-month suspension. It was under Musk’s leadership that Kanye was initially banned from the platform when he posted an antisemitic image.

If you’ve ever wondered how your favorite artists live, real estate watching will give you a peek into what they’re buying or selling. Lil Uzi Vert’s glass-walled mansion in Bell Canyon has hit the market for a casual $6M.
They originally bought the home for $4.1M in 2021, giving them a nice $1.6M profit if sold at the asking price.
