Billboard Hot 100
As reported by Billboard for the week of March 23.
The above chart shows Billboard’s Hot 100 ranking for this week. The Hot 100 ranks songs based on streaming activity, radio airplay audience impressions, and sales data—all measured by Luminate.
“Carnivals” was dethroned by Ariana Grande this week, dropping from the #1 spot to #4. The only song to see a boost was 4batz’s “act ii: date @ 8” remix ft. Drake which jumped from #61 to #7 in its second week. This marks 4batz’s first Top 10 entry on the Hot 100.
Ye Accidentally Reveals ‘Vultures 2’ Release Date in Typical Dad Moment
Ye proved to be a regular dad who struggles with technology this week. Not grasping the difference between an IG handle and a person, he spoke to a Baby Keem fan account, thinking it was the artist, and revealed a new Vultures 2 release date.
On Friday, March 15, the IG account @babykeem.memes shared a screen recording of his conversation with the Yeezy boss. The conversation starts casually—they ask each other how things are going.
He seems under the impression that he’s speaking to the real Baby Keem, and when asked when Vultures 2 is releasing, he replies, “We in the lab now with it. Gonna release in May—May 3rd.”

Ye then follows up with, “When can we go in. Should we do Praise God 2mrw?” suggesting he’s been in the studio with the real Keem. Between that message and Babykeem.memes’ reply, Ye realizes his mistake and says, “Bro, I thought you were Keem.”
A screen recording is harder to forge than a screenshot, but the validity of this conversation can’t be verified with complete certainty.
If Vultures 2 is slated to release in May, fans will no doubt be as disappointed with the wait as they were with Ye’s Rolling Loud LA performance (which involved no performing).

Future & Metro Boomin’s Unreleased ‘We Don’t Trust You’ Songs Definitively Ranked
The first installment of Future and Metro Boomin’s We Don’t Trust You album is fast approaching. Before the March 22 release, the duo took the stage at Rolling Loud LA to perform old hits and unreleased cuts likely to appear on the album.
From the fan favorite “Cinderella” to Travis Scott and Playboi Carti-assisted cuts, these are all the songs we’re trusting the duo to deliver.
#3 “Like That”
Previewed at Rolling Loud over the weekend, Pluto x Metro performed a track that appears to be called “Like That” for a glorious 2 minutes. “Yeah, young dope dealer, selling dope, is you like that? / Kicking doors, n***a, kicking doors, is you like that?” Future spits on the chorus.
There doesn’t appear to be a feature on the song but frankly, it doesn’t need one. “Like That” has the Monster energy that makes all your worst decisions sound like your best.

#2 “Type Shit” ft. Playboi Carti, Travis Scott
If you thought “Carnival” was a banger, “Type Shit” has the ingredients for song of the year, type shit, song of the decade, type shit, and “remember when this classic dropped?” type shit.
Metro cooked on the beat, and the combination of Future, Travis, and Carti is the formula for making rap fans go feral.
If “type shit” wasn’t already a regular in your keyboard, it’s about to be. The “stan” to Eminem’s The Marshall Mathers LP and “Pushing P” to Gunna’s DS4Ever, “Type Shit” could take the saying from slang to Oxford dictionary—soon being quoted by unknowing news anchors and Taylor Swift fans.

#1 “Cinderella”
Since Travis previewed this track in September 2022 during his Road to Utopia Las Vegas residency, fans haven’t stopped asking for it. It’s been referred to as “Sentimental” and “Family Forever,” but the hook suggests “Cinderella” is the correct title.
Keeping the same pace and melody throughout, Travis and Future hit a transcendental melodic pocket with the lyrics echoing in your ears for hours after the song ends. When Pluto and Metro get the aux on Friday, this is their most highly requested song.

A Guide to the Rumors of Bruno Mars’ $50M Gambling Debt
Over the weekend, you likely saw headlines that Bruno Mars needs more than 24K magic to get out of his alleged $50M gambling debt with MGM. But then the resort company came out and denied all validity of the claims. Is gambling just what Bruno likes? Find out below.
“MGM basically owns him,” insider says
NewsNation is the source of the rumors, publishing a report on March 14 that quotes a “well placed Vegas insider” alledging Bruno’s tally at the casino surpasses his $90M a year salary from MGM.
“He owes millions to the MGM (from gambling). His debts have gotten as high as $50M,” the unnamed source added. The Silk Sonic singer has been performing residencies in Las Vegas since signing a multi-year partnership with MGM resorts.
His salary is reportedly closer to $60M after taxes and NewsNation also claimed he lives rent-free in Vegas during his contract.
Bruno has been gambling since he was 19
In previous interviews, the “finesse” singer has been forthcoming about his gambling habits. Speaking to GQ in 2013, he said poker is one of the few things that takes his mind off music.
While playing poker from 1 to 5 a.m. in the morning, he detailed his storied history with the cards table to the GQ writer.
He visited a casino for the first time at 19, when he was underage, and eventually honed his skills to the point where he was paying his rent with gambling winnings before the music took off. At the very least, his affinity for gambling isn’t a lie.
MGM denies any gambling debt
In a statement to Complex, MGM said their partnership with Bruno is “longstanding and rooted in mutual respect. Any speculation otherwise is completely false; he has no debt with MGM.”
Bruno’s residency with MGM was recently renewed and extended well into 2024 after it was initially supposed to conclude in August 2023. In February, he debuted The Pinky Ring, his entertainment lounge at the MGM property Bellagio.
