Songs Streams & Revenue
It’s a new week and a new song revenue chart. As reported by Hits Daily Double, which tracks streaming revenue week over week, the above chart reflects the streaming period from February 14 to 20.
The Super Bowl effect is still going strong, with Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s tracks bringing in a major payday. Meanwhile, new songs from Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR’s newest collab album, $OME $EXY $ONGS 4 U, are working their way up the chart.

Ye Admits Drake Envy While Drake Rents Out a Club to Gamble
For better or (most likely) for worse, Ye is back on social media, despite previously stating that he was stepping away. True to form, he’s once again sharing his unfiltered thoughts and emotions with the world. His target this time? His on-again, off-again frenemy, Drake.
Ye praises Drake
In a now-deleted post on March 5, Ye took to X to share his admiration for the Toronto rapper after stumbling across a random video of Drake on his timeline.
“I saw a video of Drake walking through his house and showing he had a library of rhyme books. Man, I wish I could have seen and remembered this when my jealousy overtook me…I love Drake. Ima say this, when I die, I need you to speak at [my] funeral,” he said.
This isn’t the first time Ye has shown love to Drake recently. During an appearance on Justin LaBoy’s Respectfully podcast, Ye gave Drake his flowers, praising his influence on the rap game.
Despite the loss in his rap beef with Kendrick Lamar, Ye stated, “Drake added something to the algorithm. He advanced it, Future advanced it, and now Kendrick is advancing the frequency […] If you don’t really learn, as a professional rapper [in] a sport, what Kendrick is doing, you might be wiped out.”
Drake is spotted gambling in a club alone
While it’s unclear if Drake has seen Ye’s latest online shoutout, he seems more preoccupied with his gambling activities than the opinions of his peers. On March 5, Drake was spotted renting out an entire nightclub just to unwind and gamble.
Draped in a fur coat, he’s seen sitting alone, locked into an online casino game on the club’s massive screens, all while Sabrina Carpenter’s “Espresso” blared through the speakers. Weird flex? No doubt. But fans suspect it wasn’t just for fun—many believe it was a calculated marketing move for the gambling company Stake, much like the viral drone footage that captured him gambling at his Australian penthouse last month.
Fingers crossed that the relationship between the two rap heavyweights stays cordial. In the meantime, there’s plenty of memes and reactions to enjoy right now — once again, thanks to Drizzy.

Young Thug Isn’t Getting His Diamonds & Rolex Back
After being released from jail last October, Young Thug has hit the ground running. He’s featured on projects like Lil Baby’s WHAM and has found himself in a few love triangles. However, despite his return to the spotlight, the rapper is still grappling with the fallout from the May 2022 YSL raid that dramatically impacted his life—and he’s eager to reclaim his personal belongings.
Young Thug want his cars, $150K cash, and jewelry returned
Young Thug’s legal team recently filed a petition seeking the return of items seized during the raid, including a 2022 Porsche 911, a 2022 Chevrolet Corvette, two Mercedes-Benz AMG GTs, valuable jewelry, firearms, and $149,426 in cash. A civil hearing to address the matter was scheduled for February 21 but was ultimately canceled.
Instead of the anticipated discussion, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Paige Reese Whitaker signed a consent order on February 21, directing several pieces of Thug’s jewelry to be released to Rafaello & Company Inc., presumably the jeweler who made them.
The pieces to be released include:
Rolex Datejust watch engraved with “King Slime”
Diamond cross pendant
Necklace with circular and square green jewels
Diamond double-row tennis necklace
Two diamond stud earrings
Diamond ring with 13 diamonds on band (potentially this one)
The Rolex Datejust watch and necklace with circular and square green jewels might be the same as those pictured in a post by @rafaelloandco from 2021, flexing pieces he did for Thug.
Rather than immediately going back into Thug’s jewelry collection, the State ordered the pieces to be released to Manubir S. Arora (the counsel representing Rafaello & Company Inc.). They will hold onto the property, and the order suggests Rafaello & Company Inc. and the rapper have reached a private agreement that doesn’t involve the courts.
The consent order only covers the specific jewelry mentioned above, so what’s next for his other personal belongings is still unclear. Nevertheless, fans are thrilled to have the rapper back, especially as he continues advocating for the release of other artists, like Pooh Shiesty.
